Mrs. Stephanie Atkins

Hi, I’m Stephanie Atkins.  I'm proud to be both a graduate of and now a teacher in Monroe County Schools.  I have been teaching for 16 years in our county.  I have taught 1st grade, 4th grade and currently teach 6th grade math here at Madisonville Middle School.  Teaching is more than just a career for me–I’ve learned that it’s truly a calling.  I love helping my students succeed and enjoy watching them grow as they strive to be their very best. 

My biggest goal as a teacher is to show kindness, encouragement, and motivation every day.  I believe that building positive relationships and fostering a supportive learning environment are key to helping my students reach their full potential.  I strive to make my classroom a place where students feel supported, inspired, and confident to take on challenges.  Seeing their excitement when they accomplish something new is one of the greatest joys of my job!
