In an effort to further recognize those students who show exceptional character and a drive for success, Madisonville Middle School is proud to honor “Students of the Month” throughout the school year.  In order to qualify for Student of the Month, students must be nominated by faculty and staff based upon any or all of the following criteria: leadership, attitude, work ethic, overall achievement, and community service.  After the nominations have been made, the winner for each grade level is announced, with the winners receiving a certificate, a free combo meal from a local restaurant, a free ice cream at lunch, and their names and bios posted on the school website.

Rising 9th Graders

On Thursday, March 3, eighth grade students will be going on a field trip to Sequoyah High School. Watch for parent field trip permission forms.
Students will tour the building, participate in informational sessions with SQHS staff, and complete pre-registration forms for the 2022-23 school year. That same evening, rising freshmen parents are invited to come to SQHS at 5:30pm to learn about their child transitioning to high school. Parents will have the opportunity to meet teachers, learn about programs of study, talk to club sponsors and coaches, and ask questions.
